I got the Earth (waxy commander) version of these boots with the studded rubber sole. They are comfortable right away and the leather is pretty soft and supple. My fourth pair of Grant Stones and I am impressed as always. Impeccable. I have yet to find a flaw.

Amazing shoes that are very comfy right out of the box. The toe box is wide enough that my small toe is not crushed. E width may fit even better, not sure.

Black calf, leather sole. My first Grant Stone purchase. These are solidly built, with a lighter sole and welt making them more casual. The leather sole is great for frequent wear, very comfortable to stand for prolonged periods of time. I have since bought 3 other pairs of GS because of their quality.

Very nice suede loafers from Spier and Mackay. These are a size 11, which is 1/2 size down from my bannock. They have a slightly chiseled toe - nothing too sleek but not round either. Leather sole.
