Great and sturdy sandals. It takes some time to break them in, though. Namely, once you get them, they will probably feel like the most uncomfortable sandals you ever had. But if you persist, over a course of two weeks max I would say, they become one of the most comfortable sandals ever. After almost two years of daily wear (I wear them in the house) they still look like new.

This is the best sneaker shoe I had until that point. It's comfortable - adapts to your feet because it's streachy, and the insole is soft. I also feel good when I have them on because they look good! I wear them any time I go to town, or visit friends.

For me, insoles are necessary in this boot. When I remove them, the boot is too big. I tried a half size down, and then the boot is too small (regardless of insoles). The boots are nice, and don't have a long break in period, at least in my experience.

Review

I have a normal foot I believe (not wide) and there was basically no break in period for me. They fit good the moment I put them on. I only feel slight discomfort on the sides of the feet when I lace the boots tightly. They are comfortable, sturdy, and look amazing. One thing I also noticed is they are almost slip resistant. It is very icy in the winters where I live so this is important to me. They can be worn both casually and in more formal occasions.
