Lennertson | Brawler | Michael LastSize Reviewed: US 12.0My Brannock size is US 11,5, and I have wide feet (EE left, EEE right). Length-wise, the Brawler fit me perfectly in UK size 10,5 (which is true to my US 11,5 Brannock size). However, because of my wide feet, this size was too narrow for me. The UK size 11 (US 12) fit me perfectly both length- and width-wise. Using UK sizing as a reference point, I would suggest that people with regular to narrow feet should go true to size. Wide-footed people like myself will be better off with a half size up from their US Brannock. Interestingly, according to Lennertson's sizing, UK 11 translates to EU 45, which is my "normal" size in European shoes. So I could say the Brawlers fit me true to size after all.

The box-calf upper and the leather sole are pretty tough and inflexible at first. However, this is to be expected, and will improve after break-in. The overall fit and shape is excellent.
