NFs can be modified and the standard last is similar to the Ostmo Moe (both are modified versions of the same Spenle last.) Many take this last a .5 size up or TTS. The 43.5 pair I have has 2mm added onto the lateral sides of both boots. To fit in a 43 it would need to be extensively modified. The boots are a touch long, but very comfortable.

The MP1339 runs a bit long and narrow. The toebox is very low as well. Some arch support, but not as much as White's or Nick's full arch support.

The stock option from White Kloud and Sinando shoes (who does the lasting and bottoming) is one of the most remarkable ready to wear options on the market. The last has contoured arch support which foots the foot more naturally than the straight accross "ladder rung" arch support of PNW makers. The boot is high volume and above average instep. General sizing is .5 down, but Goto-san does do a fit sheet which you can request and he will email instructions. This version cannot be modified like his bespoke line.

An incredibly comfortable last post break in, the arch support is a bit much at first. Depending on your arch height this last may shorten the length of the foot by a couple mms.
