Had a little heel slip at first but went away with wear. Now cups the heel very nicely. Bends at wife’s part of boot. Has lots of extra room in the height of the toe box but it makes for a very comfy fit. Have about a thumbs width extra room in the toe box.

Fits nice. Heel fits perfect, bends at the widest part of the boot. Have wiggle room in toes which is a plus for me. Have about a thumb width extra in the front. My favorite boots I own hands down.

At first I had a little heel slip and thought I sized wrong as it was my first GS boot, but after time this went away and now it is one of my favorite fitting pairs of boots. I wasn’t used to having a little extra room in the toe box that I find in GS lasts but I have come to love the feeling of the boots.

At first there was some heel slippage but after time the boot started to form to my feet better and this went away. Now they fit well. Bends at widest part of boot. Cups onto heel very well. Not much room in the height of the toe box but still comfortable and can spread toes out if I want.

Have three versions of this boot. I enjoy the look of these boots a lot. We’re my first GYW boots. They fit perfectly to the shape of my foot. Not a lot of wiggle room in the height of the toe box but room to spread toes to the side if I wanted. All three are on the original captains last.
