The Alexander last fits half a size full in length and width, same as the Leo. Most customers will go down half a size from their average sneaker or dress shoe size (Brannock).
Since this is a non-lace pattern, the instep will be the most critical factor in holding the foot in place. If you have a low instep, consider going down a full size. If you find wide lasts to be most comfortable, consider an E width to increase the instep and ball area volume.

Fit well, not too snug but heel to ball is good with some room up front. Will take some wear to break in great but should be perfect.

Fits size to size with the leo and floyd, I just prefer going half size up for more casual fit, easier entry. The heel slip subsides with wear.
