602 LAST

This boot was built on the 602 last which usually translates into going a half size down from Brannock sizing if you're a standard (D) width foot. If you're between a standard (D) width and slightly wider forefoot, we suggest going with your Brannock size. The 602 last features include a rounder, more voluminous toebox along with a tapered arch and heel. Opening up into a single E width in the forefoot and toebox, there will be a decent amount of breathing room and additional flexibility to wear the socks of your preference. A higher instep angle will also help to accommodate those looking for additional vertical room.

Great fit, very comfortable on my slightly wide Brannock 10 feet. Very solid feeling, and they have such a fantastic silhouette and “stance”. Andrew at Parkhurst really nailed it with this 602 last. Great with thick socks. Generous uppers means the lace spacing comes a little close. Leather is gorgeous. Long break in. Great with denim or business casual. Killer build quality.

I take TTS in Parkhurst boots and I feel that they fit pretty well with medium weight socks. The material I chose (kudu, unlined boot) is super soft and supple. Extremely satisfied considering they are a Made in USA, custom boot at around $400.

I have this in the old 18 last with the almond toe, in Raiz Reverse Waxy Mohawk and the Ridgeway sole, as well as versions in the 602 last in Natural Light Double Shot, Gaucho Moose, and Natural Veg Retan, on a variety of Dainite, Commando and Ridgeway soles.

Extremely comfortable boot, even in the old 18 last. The 18 last is a little looser in the heel and waist, but the almond shaped toebox does not squeeze the toes. The 602 last is a perfect combination last in D width at the heel and waist and E width at the ball of the foot and toebox. The variation of leathers and outsoles make the Richmond boot a must-have rugged cap toe boot!
