  the last of these is definitely smaller than my Iron Rangers. A little shorter and definitely more narrow in the ball of foot.

  Ultimately, these were not a great fit. An 8.5E would have been better for my toes, but were unavailable. These 9D has too much volume for my feet, so I could never comfortably lock my ankles into place without cranking down the laces.
